19 Sep 2015 Daleville, VA  The Fincastle Resolutions Chapter conducted a ceremony to mark the completion of the first phase of the Colonel William Preston Memorial at the Greenfield Education and Training Center. This ceremony was a Virginia SAR Presidential initiative.  The crowd at the Colonel William Preston Memorial Ceremony.

Wm. Preston Memorial First Phase Ceremony which was posted to my personal Facebook page but I am unsure how to do the same for the chapter's Facebook page which is linked to our chapter's website.
