Richard Halpern presents Flag Certificate to Evan Sherwood.

      On Tuesday, June 7th, at10:30 AM, Richard Hapern, Flag Committee Chairman of the Richmond Chapter, presented the Westwood Club with an SAR Richmond Chapter Flag Certificate for their proper care and maintenance of our National symbol, the American Flag.
     You will find in a nicely wood frame a giant American Flag given to the Westwood Club by a Veteran of Afghanistan.  It is for this beautiful proper display, which helps to maintain this flag, that  Richmond Chapter presented this Flag Certificate to the Westwood Club's General Manager, Evan Sherwood.
