The Color Guard will render honors to the casket as it is carried into the Carriage House and provide the Color Guard for the program. This event is primarily indoors with a maximum for eight guardsmen participating. This may be reduced to six depending on space limitations. Sentry duty over the casket will be part of the Color Guard responsibilities. Currently, muskets and bladed weapons are allowed, but this could change depending on the dignitaries in attendance.
