VASSAR wins The Grahame T. Smallwood, Jr. Award

The Grahame T. Smallwood, Jr. Award is presented to the state-level society with over five hundred members judged having the best periodical or newsletter with more than ten pages.

 

It was announced yesterday that the VASSAR Newsletter, The Bulletin, was the winning entry in the Grahame T. Smallwood, Jr. Award.  The Bulletin is edited by Wm. David Carpenter, Fort Harrison Chapter.  The Bulletin had been dormant for a period until Compatriot Carpenter began publishing it again in 2022.  The award rightly belongs top the entire VASSAR Membership according to Compatriot Carpenter, “the members do all the work all I do is document their efforts.”
