Details: SAR traditional grave marking ceremony. Wilkins is in a residential neighborhood, well maintained lot by the property owners' association. Flat ground, easy access. West is in properly maintained church cemetery. A two-lane road separates the church car park from the cemetery. Cemetery on slightly elevated ground after crossing road.
