However, for reference, the 2023 Parade details included:
Assemble by 1PM and the Muster location was on 7^th Street, NW, between Madison Drive, NW and Jefferson Drive, NW.

The George Washington Chapter, Virginia SAR is extremely happy to announce that NATIONAL SAR's President General, John L. Dodd, is slated to join us this year in the National Memorial Day Parade.

We also anticipate participation from the National C.A.R. President as well as from Virginia SAR's President William D. Greaf. Additionally, we are anticipating members from Washington, D.C. SAR and Maryland SAR. Hopefully more states will join us as well.

While we await final logistical details from the national parade organizers, please do plan to join in. We have SAR and Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.) representation at the highest levels joining us this year! Let's show them that we are Willing and Able! to show up.
Especially to honor the service and sacrifice of generations of Americans.

Please Note...!

The parade organizers REQUIRE that a Release Form be agreed to and signed by every parade participant.

These Release Forms must be received by George Washington Chapter Compatriot,David Thomas, via US Mail before May 13, 2024.
