Details: Color Guard muster at 9 am (pending approval, in CW employee parking lot near the Governor's palace.) Plan for a few minutes of drill in the parking lot to refresh skills. This event is a popular one. It is also important because the Color Guard can loiter in the area after the ceremony and presents an excellent opportunity to interact with the public educationally. This year, we will likely be able to post the colors in ground stakes and march off.
