Details: Foundation Forward provides brass copies of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights to every County in the US. Orange County has completed their installation of the Charters which they will dedicate on May 10th and have requested SAR Color Guard support. An example of the Charters can be seen in Culpeper's Yowell Meadow Park where the Charters are part of the Culpeper Minute Bn Monument that was dedicated in 2020.
