Location: National Mall, Washington, DC.

Details: Participants should muster no later than 1:00 pm on the Mall, 7th St., between Madison Dr., and Jefferson Dr., (click here for the Assembly Map.) Red font depicts SAR position). SAR has been assigned parade unit #35. The length of the parade is approximately 1.5 miles.

Participants will also need to factor in the distance to and from parking sites to determine the total miles walked in this event (perhaps 3 miles total). The George Washington Chapter, VASSAR, continues with its tradition of organizing SAR parade participation in the District of Columbia in support of the DC Society SAR.

Note: No-one may participate in the Parade without signing and delivering a Parade-sponsor release FORM. Please read the form carefully and make sure you understand it because it may have significant effect on your legal rights; the George Washington Chapter takes no position on whether or not you should sign the Form.
