The final plans are now in place for the interment of compatriot Wayne Rouse.  The Masonic service (Wayne was a member of the Frank P. Moncure Lodge No. 279) will be held at Regester Chapel United Methodist Church, 106 Regester Chapel Road, Stafford, VA  22554. The memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM on June 26, 2023 followed by a wake reception across the parking lot at the Youth Center.

A Virginia Society Sons of the American Revolution (VASSAR) compatriot grave marking for Wayne Rouse will be held at 2:00 PM at Andrew Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery located at 2100 Andrew Chapel Road, Stafford, VA.  The ceremony will be conducted by the Virginia SAR Color Guard under the supervision of Color Guard Commander Chris Melhuish and Vice Commander Dale Corey. Parking will be available across from the cemetery at the Frank P. Moncure Lodge No. 279, 2001 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, VA 22554
